S2Search Australia Pty Ltd, operating as Celeris ("we", "us"), builds frontier language models for latency-sensitive workloads: voice, agents, and real-time applications. Celeris-1, our first model, is available through our API. This notice explains what information we collect through celeris.ai and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Content you send to and receive from our models is processed to provide the service and to monitor for abuse and reliability issues. For questions about data handling in your specific deployment, including enterprise options where requests stay inside your own cloud, contact us at support@celeris.ai.
We use a small number of providers to run our business: Amazon Web Services (hosting and infrastructure), Klaviyo (email), and Slack (internal routing of form submissions). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@celeris.ai. We will respond to every request.
If we make material changes to this notice, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
